2025 has been transformative for the World Media Group. We consolidated the UK growth we delivered last year and laid the foundations for international expansion into Asia and the Middle East – a milestone that represents not just geographical growth, but a fundamental shift in our ambition and reach.
As always, our focus has been on creating opportunities for members to engage with clients and agencies across the international marketing industry. A combination of large-scale events and more intimate roundtables, together with a vocal PR and campaigning presence across trade media, has driven sales conversations for our members throughout the year.
The media landscape continues to evolve at pace. AI is no longer an emerging technology but an integrated part of our members’ editorial and commercial operations. Audiences are increasingly fragmenting across platforms, yet the demand for quality, trusted journalism has never been stronger. The value of editorial brands that audiences can rely on is ever-more apparent.
Throughout 2025, WMG has remained constant in its core purpose: to champion the value of trusted editorial environments for brands, to celebrate the best work across the industry, and to build meaningful connections between members, marketers and agencies.
