Rebecca Vincent is the UK Bureau Director for Reporters Without Borders, known internationally as Reporters sans frontières (RSF), which works to promote and defend press freedom around the world. She is an American-British human rights campaigner, writer and former diplomat with an expertise in freedom of expression. Rebecca has coordinated a number of high profile international human rights campaigns. She serves on the External Advisory Council for the High Level Panel of Legal Experts on Media Freedom, as well as the Advisory Committee of the Rory Peck Trust, and the Advisory Council of the Foreign Policy Association. She holds an MA in Human Rights from University College London and has published widely
