Jeremy Kahn is an award-winning senior writer at Fortune, the U.S. business publication, where he primarily covers technology. Based out of Fortune’s London office, he has a particular focus on artificial intelligence and other disruptive tech, including quantum computing. He writes Fortune’s weekly “Eye on A.I.” newsletter. In addition, he sometimes writes on finance, economics and other general business topics.

Before re-joining Fortune in 2019, Kahn spent eight years at Bloomberg as a technology reporter and a senior writer for Bloomberg Markets magazine. From 2007 to 2011, he reported from New Delhi, India. In addition to India, he has reported from Sri Lanka, Nepal, Iraq, the Ivory Coast, Venezuela, and most countries in Western Europe.

Prior to moving to India, he was the managing editor at the U.S. political magazine The New Republic. He began his career at Fortune in New York, where he worked from 1997 to 2004. He holds degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and the London School of Economics.
