Global Digital Marketing


Thijs van der Werff graduated from the University of Groningen with a master degree in International Business Management and a master degree in International Marketing Management from Newcastle University Business School. He started his career in the Netherlands at HEINEKEN, after which he moved to L’Oréal. Thijs worked on different marketing positions for L’Oréal Paris, where he pushed the digital acceleration of the brand. In 2019, Thijs moved to Paris to work at L’Oréal’s headquarters, where he is currently responsible for the global digital strategy and content for L’Oréal Paris, working on the hair color and makeup categories of the brand
