Ritu Lakhanpal joins us with a proven holistic grasp of multi-channel marketing, creative and media strategy accumulated across 20 years of industry experience. Ritu is currently Managing Partner at IPG Mediabrands. Prior to joining IPG, Ritu was Executive Director at OMD leading the Disney Studio business across EMEA, providing marketing direction and media solutions for all Disney theatrical releases. Previously, she served as Global Business Director at MediaCom on Beats By Dre then onto Shell Retail and Shell Brand, where she helped lead the design and implementation of the Shell Retail brand and corporate brand repositioning as well as global marketing strategies across 36 markets. She has focused on developing a versatile work history which also includes 6 years working client side for Universal Pictures as a senior Marketing Manager. Her expertise lies in actualising a 360 marketing view of the clients business, leading large and diverse teams across global projects and successfully launching and developing brands.
