He began his career brand-side at Sony and SEGA, building a strong commercial and consumer foundation before moving into the evolving digital landscape. As the industry matured, Ritesh played a key role in shaping data-driven marketing and programmatic capabilities, working with global brands including Kellogg’s, Philips, Burberry, and Adidas.

Over time, his focus has expanded beyond media into broader digital transformation—helping organisations rethink how data, technology, and marketing connect to deliver measurable business outcomes. He has partnered with brands, ad tech firms, and leading consultancies such as Deloitte, Accenture, and BCG to navigate complexity and unlock value in an increasingly digital-first world.

At Mindshare, Ritesh led the development of in-house digital capabilities and enterprise-level solutions, enabling clients to integrate media, data, and technology into cohesive marketing ecosystems. His work increasingly focuses on driving sustainable growth—balancing commercial performance with positive outcomes for people and the planet—while delivering measurable business impact. He has since held global leadership roles across key clients and now serves as a Global Solutions Partner,  at WPP Media, working at the intersection of strategy, transformation, and execution.
