Rebecca Lau, Vice President, EMEA Commercial Marketing Campaigns. Rebecca leads the EMEA media strategy, advertising, planning and infrastructure for regional strategic and tactical campaigns by working with key agency groups (media, creative, production) on the go-to-market strategy through various paid and owned tactics covering iShares and BlackRock regionally and globally.

Prior to joining BlackRock, Rebecca worked for KPMG as part of their Sales & Marketing team overlooking and delivering on projects and programmes cross functionally, working closely with service lines such as: financial services, portfolio solutions, client council and international markets. Rebecca also had experience working for CBRE and Fisher Investments strategising and implementing on their digital activation campaigns.
