Mark Runacus MBE
Mark has worked both client and agency side in his 30+ year international advertising career. He champions inclusion and diversity in the advertising sector in his role as Joint CEO of Outvertising, advertising’s LGBTQIA+ advocacy group. Entirely volunteer run and Not For Profit, Outvertising’s purpose is to ensure that UK advertising is completely LGBTQIA+ inclusive by working with brands and their creative and media partners for more positive LGBTQIA+ inclusion in all paid media, and champions a prejudice free creative working environment as part of a joined-up inclusion and diversity strategy. He was awarded an MBE in the late Queen’s 2019 birthday honours list for his services to advertising.
