Jennie is a Global Managing Partner at Spark Foundry, currently leading the international business for Meta, which sees her connecting with teams across North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia-Pacific (APAC).

Jennie has over 15 years of experience across a range of industries including tech, automotive, FMCG, travel and finance. Having been in Publicis Groupe for 10+ of those years, she has worked across creative, digital and media agencies, with a very broad view of the Marketing ecosystem.

Jennie prides herself on being a dynamic leader who diplomatically connects the dots to solve problems across teams, disciplines and geographies, and was very flattered when a colleague once described her as ‘the UN’. Passionate about inspiring and nurturing successful teams and taking an empathetic coaching approach to leadership, Jennie is also a board member for VivaWomen, Publicis’ ERG for Women in the Workplace.

Outside of work, Jennie is mother to a 3-year-old as well as being WSET Level 2 certified and (in her dreams) a Master Sommelier.
