As Head of Content at On, Caolan leads an award-nominated creative studio intent on showing humans around the world what they are capable of. Telling stories that encourage people to run, explore and find new ways to move, On’s content team celebrates performance, whatever it looks like, inspiring people to turn every day into an adventure.
Moving back and forth between the U.S. and Europe throughout his career, Caolan has developed a love of storytelling that spans countries and continents. After graduating from Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, he took the opportunity to work for a number of creative organizations in New York and London. Under the tutelage of veteran creative thinkers, he honed his branding, research, and communication abilities while working for international agencies such as Ogilvy and AKQA, on clients including American Express, British Airways, and GORE-TEX. He has also had the privilege of working with some of today’s greatest creative talents on theatrical events that have garnered Drama Desk, Olivier, and Tony Awards. He completed a Masters degree in Management & Producing at Columbia University.
Caolan has also worked as a Brand and Editorial Director on a pro bono basis for a number of not for profit and cultural organizations since 2012. Over the years, Caolan has consistently dedicated his cultural insight and strategic capabilities to the needs of various international organizations, universities, and creators.
