Bianca May is a strategic and commercially driven media leader with almost two decades of marketing experience gained at some of the industry’s leading independent agencies, including VCCP, iCrossing and now PMG. With extensive expertise across digital and traditional media, she has built a reputation for leading transformation programmes, driving growth and helping global brands unlock new market opportunities through innovative marketing and media strategies.

In her current role in EMEA Client Development, Bianca partners with global organisations to create commercially effective, future-focused marketing approaches that balance global consistency with local market nuance. She led major transformation initiatives for publishing groups including Dennis Publishing prior to its acquisition by Future. There, she played a key role in launching The Week Junior into the US market, modernising Kiplinger, and supporting the continued growth of leading UK titles.

Bianca has also secured and led major agency partnerships for global brands including Bank of New York Mellon, BYD and Geely. Her varied and extensive experience across media, communications and brand strategy gives her a strong understanding of the evolving global media landscape and the challenges facing journaism today.
