With over a decade in the media game, James Davies is the Strategic Account Director in EMEA for Reuters, the World’s largest news organisation. In this role he leads their key accounts and is responsible for driving advertising sales, strategic media, content and marketing across the trusted premium publisher’s integrated cross-platform offering.

In addition to his current role, he also leads the regional team as they continue to grow their client base and deepen existing relationships across their vast offering from Reuters Events to Reuters Plus, (their award-winning custom content studio.) Previously, James was responsible for business development across the Omnicom Group at News UK. Prior to that, he was at Sky for five years, managing key strategic partnerships across the Sky portfolio including: Rolex, Sure, Panasonic, Qatar Airways and Moet et Chandon, where he was instrumental in executing one of the first Product Placement activations for the luxury French brand during the Oscars on Sky Movies when it all began.
